Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurodevelopmental condition affecting attention regulation, impulse control, and activity levels. Although commonly diagnosed in childhood, ADHD often continues into adolescence and adulthood.
It reflects differences in how the brain manages focus, organization, and executive functioning — not laziness or lack of intelligence. ADHD can impact academic, professional, and interpersonal areas of life but is highly manageable with appropriate support.
