
Rebecca Colas is a bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. She has had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan, helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. Rebecca believes therapy should be a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered and sometimes, even find moments of laughter along the way.
Rebecca’s therapeutic approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical skill-building to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), client-centered therapy, and EMDR for deeper trauma processing. Her work is grounded in meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward at a pace that feels both supportive and achievable.
