Sabrina Joseph

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISCW)

Sabrina has experience across a range of therapeutic settings, including child, family, group, and individual therapy. She currently focuses on working with adults navigating anxiety, major life transitions, the perinatal period, and pregnancy loss. She brings a compassionate, grounded presence to her work, supporting clients through periods of change, growth, and healing.

Sabrina integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and a strengths-based approach into her practice. She values empathy, self-reflection, and collaboration, and believes that humor—when appropriate—can be a meaningful and grounding part of the therapeutic process. Sabrina is dedicated to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel empowered to move forward with clarity and resilience.
